Shipping and Returns

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the 50 states. We do not offer international shipping yet.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free Priority Mail shipping with a purchase of $65 or more.

Any order amount below $65 will be a flat rate of $8.0 for Priority Mail.

How quickly will my order ship?

We try to process orders as soon as possible. Every order is handmade in small batches to ensure the best quality and freshness.

What is your return policy?

Return your product within 10 days of your orders arrival to receive a full refund minus shipping costs. There must be at least 70% of the product remaining in the jar or bottle for it to be accepted.

If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will be happy to solve it for you.


Where's my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number from us when your order ships. Please be sure to check all inboxes such as the "social" tab to ensure you don't miss it.

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

We try to process orders as fast as possible, but we will do our best to help! Reach out to as soon as possible.

Can I change my order once it's placed?

Do you offer a discount on first time purchases?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and ShopPay.

How do I use and find out more information about each product?

To find out more information please go to the product page. You will find directions, ingredients, and descriptions for each product. You can also reach out at or use our live chat option. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Are all of your products in glass packaging?

All of our products are in glass packaging besides the in-shower products. We want to ensure safety for every customer. We ask you please recycle your packaging or reuse it when you are finished.

Are you vegan and cruelty free?

Yes! We are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Our products are plant-based and free from all animal-derived ingredients.

Is it normal for product color to vary?

Yes! We use natural, unrefined ingredients. This may cause colors to vary in each product.


How do I create an account?

In the top right of the website, choose "Account." From there you can either sign up or login.

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account allows you to have a record of your past purchases and billing. By choosing to receive emails you will be the first to know about new product launches, promotions, and giveaways! If you have already purchased from Bungalow before, you can always sign up for an account at any time after checkout.
